The MET Studio is for anyone that wants to work out efficiently with no impact on their joints.
The MET is an acronym for Muscular Endurance Training. Train to work longer. It strengthens, tightens, and tones the entire body quickly and safely. The 50-minute small group class environment helps to achieve optimal personal fitness.
Outfitted with the latest Microformer™ while training in a small group meant to feel like a private session, our studio space is the perfect space to experience The Lagree Method.

We ask that you purchase your classes prior to your class directly from our website or from our Instagram page. To purchase online, log in to your account and access our live schedule to check class availability. We accept all credit cards. Click me!

The workout is designed to bring your muscles to failure. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover in between classes. We recommend 2 – 3 classes per week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. Participants who become very “enthusiastic” with the workout can attend as many as 5 – 6 classes each week.
-
Lagree Fitness does not require you to start with private sessions as all classes are designed for a group setting. As clients have their own machine in class, each exercise may be modified to suit their current fitness level. However, if you suffer from chronic back pain, painful joints or a severe medical condition, an initial private session is recommended to assess your fitness level.

Due to the limited number of available spots in each class, our policy requires 12- hour advance notice for all cancellations. Cancellations occurring within 12-hours of the scheduled class time will not be credited back to the patron’s account.
-
Classes must be cancelled with more than 12 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 12 hours until class time, you will be LATE CANCELLED and charged for the class. If your cancellation occurs at least 12 hours in advance, you will be CANCELLED but will retain that class credit.

In order to maintain the integrity and flow of our classes, and in consideration for others, please be on time for class. If you are not present at the start time of your reserved class, your spot will be given away to a client on the waitlist. If nobody is on the waitlist, you can still attend; however, we have a 5-minute grace period. After this cutoff, you will be late cancelled from the class. No exceptions. By showing up late, you are coming into the class with the understanding that you may miss part of the workout. Please try to be as non-disruptive as you can when entering the room late. New clients MUST arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class and are NOT permitted into the room after the class has begun. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

Class are booked online via our website or on our Instagram page. Booking over the phone/voicemail and/or email are NOT valid forms of booking. We cannot guarantee you will be added to a class if you book through one of these methods. Click me!
-
If a class is full, you can still elect to be added to the waitlist in hopes of being added to the class should a space open up. Those who have been added to the waitlist will be notified by email, at least 12 hours in advance, if they are added to the class. Waitlisted clients who have NOT yet received notification that they have been added to the class on or before class start time, are welcome to drop in before class to see if a spot opens up but are not permitted on the machine until the 5-minute late period has passed. Once the 5-minute late period has passed, they are able to take the free machine and the person who did not show up will be LATE CANCELLED.

This is not a Pilates workout. We ask that you get Medical Clearance for a Strength Training/HIIT Workout. If it’s your first time, we would recommend starting with a Private Session.

1. Socks with tread are required throughout the studio and for all classes. We sell Toe Socks for a nominal price, if you don’t have any.
2. Bring a towel as you will most likely sweat!
3. We have a water dispenser, but some students may want to have a water bottle instead.
4. Wear loose, comfortable clothes, that allow your muscles to stretch and your skin to “breathe” (similar to what you would wear for a yoga or dance class).
5. Jewelry is NOT a good idea. It may catch in the spring system, but it is your choice.
6. No cell phones during classes (please be respectful of others).
7. No strong perfumes.
