The MET stands for Muscular Endurance Training. Ultimately, this is my goal for you. I want your body to have the ability to work for an extended amount of time without fatigue. It is the best method to strengthen, tighten, and sculpt the body quickly and safely.
Each move has the foundation of a plank, squat, or lunge, plus I sprinkle in variations to help strengthen the entire body.
During your workout, you should expect to shake, sweat, and feel sore the next day.
After practicing at the MET, you will feel energized and stronger.
