Even though it is smaller than the Megaformer, the microformer is still intense. Some say it is more challenging.

Private Sessions

Train 1:1 where you are my only focus.

At your first session, I take a quick assessment of your movements and plan accordingly. Every session is carefully planned so that we move your body effectively and build upon that movement.

You’ll train on a megaformer, microformer, pilates chair and/or other equipment. whatever it takes to connect to your body.

I love teaching privates because I believe in fundamentals and only in a 1:1 setting can this be done.

  • returning from an injury or a long absence

  • not getting the technique down

BOTH WORKOUTS

Sessions are intense and purposefully sequenced to stimulate your muscles.

You’ll train at a slow and controlled pace, giving you a moment to feel muscles working and learn new corrective movement patterns so that when you’re out and about being active, the body remembers how to move more effectively.

It’s a perfect, healthy alternative to other high-intensity training.

It’s adaptable to all fitness levels.

It has some of the best movements – super effective and fun.
