Even though it is smaller than the Megaformer, the microformer is still intense. Some say it is more challenging.

Private Sessions
Train 1:1 where you are my only focus.
At your first session, I take a quick assessment of your movements and plan accordingly. Every session is carefully planned so that we move your body effectively and build upon that movement.
You’ll train on a megaformer, microformer, pilates chair and/or other equipment. whatever it takes to connect to your body.
I love teaching privates because I believe in fundamentals and only in a 1:1 setting can this be done.
